Welcome to STARS EU Annual Meeting

STARS EU gathers from 21 to 23 October for its annual meeting under an ambitious and inspiring theme: "STARS EU Goes Global".

IPB hosts this event in the historic city of Bragança, committed to regional engagement and aligned with a truly global vision. Over three intensive and collaborative days, our institution will become a vibrant hub where students, professors, researchers, technical staff and regional stakeholders connect to review our achievements, consolidate shared goals, and co-create the future of our European University.

The programme reflects the essence of what STARS EU stands for: innovation, co-creation, and community building. Alongside our strategic and academic meetings, we have designed enriching student-led initiatives, networking spaces, and cultural activities. These opportunities will allow you to experience the rich heritage, traditions, and genuine hospitality of Portugal and the Trás-os-Montes region, while actively contributing to a more integrated, resilient, and globally impactful alliance.

IPB is fully prepared to be home for STARS EU community, and together, shape the international landscape of higher education and make this Annual Meeting a memorable milestone in our journey.

We look forward to welcoming each of you in person this October!

Orlando Rodrigues,
